EW online has an article on 2009 being the year of the werewolf on the big screen:
Take a gander at the big screen this year because you’re likely to spy a full moon. If 2008 marked a comeback for the vampire, the next 12 months belong to the werewolf. On Jan. 23, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans showcases the woolly beasts, while a furrier-than-usual Hugh Jackman returns in X-Men Origins: Wolverine (May 1). Later this year, Benicio Del Toro stars in The Wolfman (Nov. 6), and in the Nov. 20 Twilight sequel New Moon, heroine Bella moons over werewolf Jacob.

TWILIGHT FACT NUMBER 3:
iFmagazine.com has a new article confirming Edi Gathegi will be in New Moon!
THE SKINNY: While speaking about his role as a Sheriff Deputy in the new horror film MY BLOODY VALENTINE 3-D (which opens this Friday), actor Edi Gathegi confirmed to iF Magazine that he will indeed be in the new TWILIGHT sequel NEW MOON reprising his role as the vampire Laurent set to commence under director Chris Weitz.
“Yes, I am in the movie,” Gathegi tells iF.
